To ensure full representation of all SAI Platform members at our Annual Event 2018, we may need to limit the number of participants to three per company, which will be decided internally by each member.
CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS
Since SAI Platform incurs certain expenses prior to the Annual Event it is necessary to impose the following cancellation policy:
For cancellations emailed after March 13, 2018, SAI Platform will charge a no-show fee of EUR100.
Substitutions from the same organisation are welcome at no additional fee.
To make a substitution, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or bring a written email from the person who will not be attending to the onsite registration counter. This will simplify the transfer process and expedite registration.
